Jake Shields had some harsh words for a British TikToker who was arrested for controversial public stunts and racism allegations. Responding to a tweet by Oli London on Twitter, Shields proceeded to call the TikToker who goes by the name of Mizzy, a 'piece of sh*t'.

Here's what the tweet by Oli London read:

"British TikToker Mizzy who filmed himself stealing an old woman’s dog, breaking into a families home, verbally harassing a Jewish man, threatening violence on women and jumping into strangers cars has come out and claimed all of the backlash is because he is black. He was previously arrested for an anti-semitic verbal attack on a Jewish man but has not been arrested for his most recent video, where he filmed himself invading a couples home."

Here is Jake Shields' response to Oli London's tweet, denigrating Mizzy:

According to the British TikToker, per Oli London, the uproar against him online is because he's a 'black male doing these things'. Here is his statement:

"I’m a black male doing these things and that’s why there’s such an uproar on the internet. I always knew outrage is going to happen. I know exactly what I’m doing and the consequences of my actions."

Shields' post was retweeted by former UFC fighter Darren Till.

Jake Shields' brief UFC run

Jake Shields is most notable for being a teammate of Nick and Nate Diaz, having trained at Cesar Gracie Jiu Jitsu alongside the Stockton scrappers. Shields is a notable grappler, having coined the term 'American Jiu-Jitsu' which is a 'no-gi style of grappling for MMA and self-defense'.

Shields briefly fought in the premier MMA promotion after the organization in which he was the middleweight champion, i.e. Strikeforce was acquired by the UFC. While in the organization, Jake Shields fought at welterweight and faced Martin Kampmann in his debut at UFC 121. He found success with a split decision victory over Kampmann and was booked to face the then-welterweight champion next.

Shields faced Georges St-Pierre at UFC 129 but was handily beaten by the Canadian fighter over the course of five rounds, losing the bout via unanimous decision. He didn't find much success in his next bout against Jake Ellenberger either. At UFC Fight Night 25, Ellenberger finished Shields in the first round via TKO due to a knee. This marked the second time Shields lost via KO in his entire career.

In his next four fights, Shields racked up three wins and one no-contest bout. He went on to beat Yoshihiro Akiyama, Demian Maia and Tyron Woodley. However, his win at UFC 150 against Ed Herman in a middleweight bout was overturned into a no-contest after Shields tested positive for a banned substance. Jake Shields' last fight in the UFC was against Hector Lombard at UFC 171 where he lost a three-round unanimous decision.
