ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 recently had a special guest at his camp in Thailand in hip-hop superstar Wiz Khalifa. The two had a lively training session, with the Thai superstar giving the recording artist pointers in the "art of eight limbs."
It marked a reunion of sorts between the two, who had the opportunity to train together last year in the United States. Wiz Khalifa, the artist behind the hit song "Young, Wild & Free," has been practicing Muay Thai for a while now and has made significant progress by seeking the help of top fighters in the game like 'The Kicking Machine.'
Superlek's camp shared the latest training session between the two stars on Instagram, that had them exchanging kicks and punches while having a laugh along the way.

Superlek is currently gearing up for his return to action on Jan. 24 at ONE 170 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand, where he will defend the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title for the first time against Nico Carrillo of Scotland.
He seized the belt from erstwhile divisional king Jonathan Haggerty in their title clash back in September, knocking out 'The General' with a counter elbow in just 49 seconds. The win thrust him to double world champion status as he also holds the flyweight kickboxing championship belt.
ONE 170 will be aired live and for free in U.S. primetime to North American fans with an active Amazon Prime Video subscribers.
Superlek lauds Wiz Khalifa's Muay Thai skills
Having had the opportunity to see Wiz Khalifa's Muay Thai skills firsthand through training sessions with him, Superlek Kiatmoo9 believes the hip-hop superstar has something good to develop.
The Thai superstar shared this in an interview with ONE Championship following his encounter with the "Work Hard, Play Hard" rapper last year in the United States.
He said:
"He came to learn Muay Thai with me at the seminar. I taught him a few of my techniques. His basics are good because he exercises regularly. He is also a fan of Muay Thai and used to practice this sport. After I saw his stance, how he attacked, I can tell that this guy can fight.
"He is not an ordinary amateur. But to tell the truth, I didn't know him before. I didn't know that he is a famous rapper. I was so happy to rub shoulders with a celeb like him."
It remains to be seen if Wiz Khalifa would pursue a career in Muay Thai but learning from a legend like Superlek, he is on his way to developing a skill that he should be good at in time.
