#1 versus Ronda Rousey (UFC 193, November 15, 2015)
In the only possible choice for the top spot, Holly Holm's victory over the previously unbeaten Ronda Rousey endures as the greatest moment of her MMA career.
Rousey had won all 12 of her MMA career bouts entering this contest, six of them in the UFC, where she had reigned as the undisputed Queen of the Bantamweight division.
For her part, Holm was undefeated in her MMA career at this point too but few favoured her to defeat the fearsome, Rousey.
However, Rousey underestimated Holm's striking ability and attempted to out-box the former boxer and kickboxer. It was a strategy that proved to be her undoing.
Holm's striking ability and speed were both superior to Rousey and Holm impressively stood up to Rousey's power.
Rousey's frustration boiled over and with her defences down, Holm blasted her with a spectacular head kick for the knockout victory. With that Holm was the new Bantamweight Champion, and had the distinction of earning perhaps the biggest upset win in combat sports history.
