UFC 236 is one of the biggest UFC pay-per-views in the recent history of the company. It has been one of the most hyped events as well, with the exception of the upcoming UFC 239.

However, this card has two Interim Title fights, between bonafide fighters, who are out looking to prove their worth to the crowd.

In the main event of the night, UFC Featherweight Champion Max Holloway will be looking to become the first-ever UFC Fighter to hold both a Championship and an Interim Championship of a separate division. However, he will have a hard time to get there, as he is facing Dustin Poirier, a fighter who has defeated him in the past.

In the co-main event of the night, Israel Adesanya will be facing Kelvin Gastelum for the right to become the Interim Middleweight Champion.

Ovince Saint-Preux is a part of the card as well and is facing Nikita Krylov. Krylov lost his last fight, but OSP has lost 2 of his last 3 fights as well. He will be looking to bounce back with an authoritative win.

Catch UFC 236: Holloway vs Poirier live on Sony Ten 2 and Sony Ten 2 HD 7:30 AM onwards.

Q. You have a reputation of winning your fights using the otherwise rare Von Flue choke. Is this a style you have concentrated on developing?

OSP: No, it’s not something I have concentrated on developing, it’s just something I end up putting myself in that position and if I am in that position I can just finish it with that submission.

Q. Nikita Krylov is an established and well-respected fighter. What’s your preparation like heading into this fight?

OSP: Just make sure I don’t try to do anything that it out of the ordinary, stick to the game plan, and I should be good from there.

Q. If you could fight any other fighter in the UFC at the moment, who would that be?

OSP: Jon Jones again.
