On screen soon?

Ronda Rousey recently defended her UFC Women Bantamweight title at the UFC 190 by knocking out Bethe Correia in just 34 seconds this past weekend in Rio de Janeiro. As we reported earlier up next she will be facing the No. 1 contender Miesha Tate later in December, but before that she will be starring in a Paramount Pictures film based on her autobiography "My Fight/Your fight".

“Rowdy” co-wrote her book along with sister Maria Burns Ortiz which was published earlier this year. Later it also went on to become a New York Times bestseller. The job of adapting this autobiography to the big screen will be done by the famous Screenwriter Mark Bomback, who’s high profile works include "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" and "The Wolverine" among others.

As you may already know, Ronda has starred in Hollywood films before, which include ‘Expendables 3’, ‘Furious 7‘ and ‘Entourage’. One of her most expected upcoming movies include ‘Portal to Hell!!!’, which also stars the late WWE Hall of Famer Roddy ”Rowdy” Piper, Warner Bros. action movie ‘The Athena Project’ and the Peter Berg directed ‘Mile 22’
