#6 Rustam Khabilov vs Kajan Johnson:

Khabilov and Johnson squared off in the fight, with Khabilov going for takedowns, and little shots to make the difference. In the last few seconds, of the first round, Khabilov took a hard head kick from a shot via Johnson.

The second round saw Johnson again dominate, with Khabilov in Full Guard, and almost locking him in a Triangle Choke. Johnson's submission attempts kept on coming, but at the same time, so did Khabilov's punches. Johnson was looking to invert, but the second round finished with Khabilov giving a butt stomp.

The third round saw them both land significant blows in the beginning, but Johnson's offence looked better. He was active off his back on the ground and landed a face kick. Johnson went for a heel hook, but it was not to be as the bell went.

Despite looking impressive, Johnson suffered in the end from the blows landed by Khabilov, as Khabilov won by Split Decision.

Result: Rustam Khabilov defeated Kajan Johnson by Split Decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)


#7 Petr Yan vs Jin Soo Son:

The fight started off fast in the early going but cooled down a bit as it went on. Yan seemed incomprehensibly good, as he landed a tremendous elbow and almost hit a head kick that looked like it could have ended things. Son took a lot of damage from the first round.

The biggest moment in the second round for Son was when he able to get a takedown. Yan stopped him with elbows, while Son tried to go past the guard. Yan got top position with a nice sweep and landed to good hooks, while Son scrambled.

The third round of the fight only got better, as Petr Yan continued his domination of the debuting Jin Soo Son. The fight was already being talked up for a possiblem fight of the night, as Yan landed a huge left and got a takedown on Son, before hitting him with a flurry of punches. Son got up and still took blow after blow from Yan. The bell rang just as Yan landed an uppercut to close off the fight.

Petr Yan defeated Jin Soo Son via Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28)


Khalid Murtazaliev vs. C.B. Dollaway:

The last fight of the Prelims was between Murtazaliev and CB Dollaway.

The fight saw Murtazaliev dominate the first round, as Dollaway could do nothing when Murtazaliev landed damaging kick after damaging kick.

They went into the second round, with Murtazliev continuing his domination. He was almost caught by Dollaway by D'Arce. Murtazaliev battered Dollaway with punches, and it should have been stopped by the referee way earlier. Murtazaliev battered away as Dollaway did nothing, and finally the fight was stopped but because of the round ending. Dollaway threw in the towel, not wanting to continue.

Result: Khalid Murtazaliev defeated CB Dollaway via TKO (2nd Round, 5 Minutes)
