TMZ announced earlier today that UFC star Ronda Rousey got engaged to fellow UFC fighter Travis Browne. According to TMZ, the engagement ring had a massive diamond. The engagement itself happened under a waterfall in New Zealand where Browne described it as “the right place to do it.”
As for when the wedding will occur, Rousey stated that she would like for it to happen as soon as possible, though she admitted that she has no idea what goes into planning a wedding.
Shortly after the announcement, Dana White commented on the engagement by stating, “I’m very happy for Ronda and l’m looking forward to the wedding.”
Rousey started her MMA career 12-0 before losing her last two fights. There has been speculation that she is contemplating retirement after the latest loss in December of last year, but nothing is confirmed.
It is no secret that Rousey is a huge fan of professional wrestling as she appeared at WrestleMania 32 with The Rock to confront Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. There is speculation that she could join the WWE once her MMA career is over.
