Video: Hermunen dominates Estonian Grand Prix

Mauno Hermunen maintained his perfect record in the current Supermoto World Championship on Sunday winning both races at the Grand Prix of Estonia.

Hermunen went into the race weekend with a narrow six-point lead over chasing Frenchman Thomas Chareyre.

In race one Hermunen came under pressure from title rival Chareyre.

However Hermunen fought back to re-take his position at the head of the field, where he hung on to claim the race win.

Race two was a similar affair with Hermunen again able to secure the hole shot from the start and assume the lead.

Hermunen remained there until the chequered flag to seal yet another win and keep his unbeaten run this season firmly intact – eight wins in a row.

In the Championship standings Hermunen extends his lead over Thomas Chareyre to 18 points.

The Championship now heads to Italy for round five on July 14.
