Patrick, with 963K followers on her page, frequently shares her travel experiences online, and recently she posted a series of videos exercising at the gym.

In her Instagram story, she wrote,"Back at it!!!!!! And it feels so good!"

She documented her return to the physical fitness center, Source Performance, in Arizona and expressed her enthusiasm for getting back in shape. In the following story, Danica Patrick even shared her weight and body fat gain, a surprising result after her vacation through Barcelona, Italy, France, and other European destinations where she enjoyed local favorites like pizza, pasta, and daily drinks.

"Since the last inbody weigh in 7 weeks ago.... 5 of them were vacation. I gained 4.716 104.1108.8. BUT 2.2 was muscle! So I only gained .6% of body fat. And I drank... everyday. And I ate pizza and pasta," she wrote.

Patrick stated that she would not have been aware of the impact on her body if she had not been monitoring her progress.

"If I didn’t inbody track, I wouldn’t know that I actually only gained 2.5 real pounds," she added.

"Basically what I am trying to say with my progress report is... My doctor is better than yours. @drgabriellelyon," she concluded.

Danica Patrick's latest podcast episode talks

In a recent 'episode of the Pretty Intense' podcast, Danica Patrick and Nicole Shanahan discussed concerns about a possible push towards processed, synthetic foods in the US instead of natural options.

Shanahan pointed towards the increase in lab-grown foods, saying, "The amount of over-engineered food products I've seen is absurd."

They discussed the drawbacks of artificially produced food products that do not fulfill human needs and are created from tissue stem cells in artificial settings.

"A nation without healthy soils isn’t going to be healthy for long," Shanahan added.

They also drew attention to the irony that Bill Gates, who has invested heavily in American farms, is an advocate of artificial foods.

"It’s ironic that Gates owns so much farmland while we’re stuck with lab-grown food," Shanahan said.

The conversation then shifted to politics, with Shanahan describing her new role (running mate in Robert Kennedy's presidential campaign) as liberating.

She said, "Being able to look at issues without party bias and using common sense has been freeing."
