The opening event of the Diamond Classic on the NASCAR High Limit Racing Series got done and dusted on Friday (June 28) at Missouri's Lucas Oil Speedway, with a total of 26 entries.Tyler Courtney, driving the #7BC for Clauson Marshall Racing, secured his fourth win of the 2024 Kubota Hight Limit Racing Series at the Lucas Oil Speedway.Courtney emerged victorious when he grabbed the lead on lap 24 of 30 and stayed out front without any challenge to cross the finish line in P1. He came charging from third and went onto take the lead after a lap 24 restart.Courtney led the final six laps and crossed the finish line by an impressive margin of 1.989 seconds ahead of points leader Brad Sweet to take the checkered flag. With the win, he earned a prize money of $10,000.Reflecting on his win at Lucas Oil Speedway, Courtney in victory lane said (via stlracing.com):“The last time I ran here, I won in a Midget (in 2016), and it’s pretty cool to come back in a winged car and have success.
