The two motorsports athletes used their personal helicopters to drop off supplies to areas unreachable by ground crews. Soon after, NASCAR teams Hendrick Motorsports and Joe Gibbs Racing also joined the effort, sending helicopters to assist in providing aid to those stranded in North Carolina.

In a recent episode of Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s Dirty Mo Media podcast, Cleetus McFarland sat down with Andrew Kurland to discuss his efforts in providing aid after Hurricane Helene. McFarland shared insights into his experience on the ground, expressing confidence that the donations and resources are being effectively utilized to help those in need.

And that's when we started like really making missions happen. She's like "Hey, I'm going to start to GoFundMe. Will you post that up?" We post that up, It's at $594,000. That's the Hope Mill Inc.
