He has a 22-point lead over William Byron and a 29-point cushion in the standings.Kyle Larson, who started from the front row, failed to use the advantage and finished 13th. He gained 24 points and is third in the playoff points table, seven points below the cutline for the Championship 4 race.The defending NASCAR champion, Ryan Blaney, finished runner-up in the Straight Talk Wireless 400. After missing the win by a close margin, he is now in a must-win situation heading into the elimination race at Martinsville.
