On Sunday, Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin won the recent NASCAR Cup Series race at Michigan International Speedway. This marked Hamlin's 57th Cup Series victory in the sport, making him the driver with the most wins for the Joe Gibbs Racing team, surpassing Kyle Busch. The win over the weekend was one of the most unexpected wins for the driver, as he had prepared himself to leave the FireKeepers 400 race to join his fiancée and be present for the birth of his third child.
Denny Hamlin's fiancée, Jordan Fish, is expecting the delivery of the newest member of the Hamlin family, a baby boy. She recently shared a picture of herself embracing her 41-week baby bump. Fish also added a question sticker along her picture, through which fans can interact with her and ask questions.
"41 weeks.. Never did I ever think I would get this far. if you had asked me a month ago, I was convinced he was coming early. But here we are, still going strong." Jordan Fish wrote via her Instagram story

Denny Hamlin and Jordan Fish have been together since 2007. The couple got engaged at the beginning of 2024. The couple has two daughters together, with the first one, Taylor, born in 2013, and their younger daughter, Molly, born in 2017.
Hamlin has hinted that he may not be participating in the next Cup Series race in Mexico if necessary to witness the birth of his baby boy.
Denny Hamlin says 'I forever want to be in the top 10' on where he wants to leave his legacy
Denny Hamlin earned his 57th Career Cup Series win over the weekend at Michigan. The 44-year-old driver took the lead of the race on lap 197 of the 200-lap race. This was Hamlin's third victory of the season.
Despite having a lawsuit going on for the 23XI Racing team, a team that he co-owns with Michael Jordan, the driver has not let it affect his racing form as he continues to collect win after win.
The Joe Gibbs Racing driver expressed after the race on where he wants to leave his legacy after he retires from NASCAR.
"I forever want to be in the top 10. It’s not going to be forever. There’s going to be someone who comes down the line who’s going to be the best ever. They’re going to win a lot. At least while I’m alive, I want to be in the top 10 for the most wins. I just love knocking ’em off one by one." Denny Hamlin said via the post-race conference
Hamlin is currently ranked third in the NASCAR Cup Series rankings for this season. He has scored a total of 494 points in the 15 races so far.
