Discussing the same rumor after viewing the before and after photos, Dr. Matthew Schulman, a plastic surgeon, had this to say, "Blake’s nose appears more narrow in the bridge and the tip, suggesting surgery or rhinoplasty.” As mentioned before, the reports claim that Lively had her surgery while working in Gossip Girls. If it's accurate, then it is safe to assume that she was quite young when she had the procedure done, which according to Dr Miami is completely normal in young women. According to Who, Dr Miami, also a plastic surgeon said, “This procedure is very commonly performed in high school and college-aged women.”

Dr. Justin Boey, an aesthetic surgeon from Singapore too shared his view on the reports of Lively's nose job. In his blog, he agreed that the actress did have a rhinoplasty done.
