American actor and comedian Druski recently put on a 'White Face' skit for NASCAR, playing a guy who is "just proud to be American." The comedian looked unrecognizable in the getup where he painted his arms, torso, and face, and added a sunburn to the look at a recent NASCAR race in Darlington, which took place on August 31, 2025.

Druski, whose real name is Andrew Desbordes, also sported a beard, mullet, and American flag-bearing cowboy hat with a pair of denim overalls sans a shirt. In the NASCAR skit, the comedian smoked with a woman and sat on her lap, spat at the feet of a couple of Black people, and hung out with white people.

At one point in the skit, Andrew stopped his truck beside a black man and questioned if he was lost, using a prominent southern accent. When the man told him about his plans to attend the NASCAR race, the comedian leaned out of his window, spat, and asked him to "find something safe to do, boy.”

Druski's white face skit has garnered over 124 million likes at the time of this writing, and received mixed reviews from netizens. While some accused the comedian of racism, some seemed to enjoy the NASCAR skit he put together.

"We've transitioned through a lot of different stages of my career so far, and like being able to say that this is my first arena tour is still mind-blowing. But yeah, it's definitely amazing. And we’re working on so much- now we've got TV shows, now we have a movie on the way. Yeah, there's so much in store."

Additionally, Andrew was asked if it was always his goal to be a comedian. Responding to the question, Druski said that he did want to be a comedian but wasn't aware of it when he was younger. He recalled wanting to be funny in school and getting into trouble for it, adding he was confused about pursuing comedy as a career at the time.

"Because everybody painted it to be like a bad thing in school. So yeah, it is amazing how it actually transpired throughout life. I had to figure out what my purpose was," the comedian mentioned.

When asked if he was looking to partner with a large company, Druski said that there were a few deals on the table, but he wanted to develop his IP first. Commenting on whether his brand deals worked solely based on his popularity, the comedian said that he thinks he has a "pull on this next generation."

Andrew mentioned:

"I’m not a big bragger. I’m just saying I do think I also bring a good entertainment level to the brand deals that I have, being that we can do commercials on TV or commercials for social media. And my fans, they adapt to it — they really do go and buy the stuff whenever we drop anything. So I think that has probably worked out the best for me."

During his interview on Bloomberg, Druski reflected on the economics of his business, stating that he is producing most of his shows through his company. Affirming this was his "business", the comedian mentioned that he has 2% ownership.
