During the session, a fan asked Chris, "When will you announce the child you’re having?" In response, Chan said:

According to Christine Weston Chandler (CWC) Wiki, Flutter (born 1992/ 1993) is the nickname of Chris Chan’s female friend. Reportedly, the person got in touch with the Sonichu creator during the latter’s time behind bars at the Central Virginia Regional Jail between 2021 and 2023.

Following Chris’ release from prison in March last year, she has been spotted with Flutter in public quite a few times in Lynchburg, Virginia. Flutter has been identified as a 30-year-old woman with a childlike appearance.

While her real name remains unknown, Chan seemingly gave her the nickname inspired by the character Fluttershy from the animated series, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Also known by other nicknames such as Egg, Meryl, Food Lion Lady, and Cabbage Patch Kid, Flutter has been speculated to be Finnish, after Chan began studying the language on Duolingo in October 2023. The duo was sighted in the Finnish capital Helsinki earlier this year.

Over time, Chan’s fanbase, often deemed as Christorians, theorized that Flutter was a social worker or reportedly autistic such as Chris herself.
