Let us take a closer look to find if this shoe is a true game changer.

This premium neutral running shoe comes in six eye-catching colorways. Asics GEL-Quantum 360 weighs 338g. This is heavy when compared with other neutral running shoes in the market. The shoe is true to its size and is ideal for people having narrow to medium foot. People with wide feet may face a problem with this shoe for the toe box runs a bit narrow.

We can see a woven synthetic mesh upper. It provides all-out comfort along with remarkable flexibility. This engineered mesh is highly breathable and provides ultimate lightweight stability. This antibacterial material keeps the odor and moisture levels to a minimum while providing additional cushioning. The heel area boasts a heel clutching system. We are very impressed with the midsole of Asics GEL-Quantum 360. It is the first shoe from Asics that boasts Gel cushioning all over the midsole. This silicone-based Gel offers unparalleled sock absorption during impact and toe-off. This cushioning also allows for enhanced movement in multiple planes. We experience an improved Gait cycle efficiency. The Trusstic system increases torsional rigidity while keeping the weight of the shoe to a minimum. The Solyte material is lighter than standard EVA. It provides superior durability along with better levels cushioning.

Like Asics GT-2000 3 Light-show, we see AHAR (Asics High Abrasion Rubber) placed strategically in the heel area. The carbon rubber outsole provides exceptional durability. Along with this, we also see a unique pattern that delivers admirable traction on multiple terrain.

The Gel cushioning system makes the GEL-Quantum 360 a perfect companion for long workouts. However, this cushioning system is not that responsive for any fast-paced activity. This shoe is best suited for long runs and high mileage training. It is not suited for tempo and speed runs.

Bottom-line: The most cushioned neutral running shoe from Asics.
