The duo have finally tied the knot after keeping their relationship under wraps for over five years. Bhajji wore an off-white embroided sherwani and a red turban, while his bride was seen in a traditional and attractive red and gold lehenga. The grand ceremony saw close friends and relatives of the couple, including Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar and his wife Anjali. The traditional wedding saw the couple show off their exotic wedding costume, which were followed by a few ceremonies.Previously, the much-awaited mehendi and sangeet ceremony were also held at the 35-year-old’s family home, with his fellow cricketers like RP Singh and Parthiv Patel making their presence felt. The grand reception is expected to take place on the 1st of November and promises to be bigger. Cricketers Yuvraj Singh, Virat Kohli, Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachhan, Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra, along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi are also likely to attend the reception in the capital.

Harbhajan was seen offering prayers along with his mother(extreme right) and other relatives in the gurudwara. The wedding took place according to Punjabi traditions.

Bhajji’s sisters, along with their mother were seen taking part in a few household ceremonies on the eve of the wedding. They were the busiest people around on the wedding day as well, making sure everything was in order.

On the eve of the wedding, soon after the conclusion of the Sangeet and Mehendi ceremonies, Bhajji was seen involved in another traditional ceremony inside the wedding hall, called the Ghada Gharoli. He later visited the gurudwara and offered prayers to the lord.

‘Prince’ Bhajji was fed sweets and was garlanded with 100-rupee notes soon after he entered the wedding stage. He was also offered gifts and money, which brought a big smile on his face.
