Plenty of player props are being offered for Sunday's matchup between the Detroit Lions and Jacksonville Jaguars. Both teams are 4-7, and their playoff chances are pretty slim at this point in the year. These teams are pretty evenly matched, which should make for an entertaining contest. Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Detroit Lions Match Details

Fixture: Jacksonville Jaguars @ Detroit Lions

Date & Time: Sunday, December 4, 1:00 p.m. EDT

Venue: Ford Field, Detroit, Michigan

NFL Player Prop #1: Jared Goff Under 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-146)

Jared Goff has had a decent second year in Detroit, but over his last three games, he has just three total passing TDs. Two of them did come in last week's loss, but on Sunday, he's likely to stay back under two. He's never been able to follow up any two-TD performance with another two-TD game at any point this year, and since Week 4, he's finished with under two TDs in five of seven contests. He does have Amon-Ra St. Brown to throw too, who has been solid since he entered the league, but besides St. Brown, the Lions don't have receiver depth. They also don't have tight end T.J. Hockenson anymore, who was a big part of Detroit's offense before getting traded. As a result, expect Goff to stay below two TDs, given this season's trends.

NFL Player Prop #2: Zay Jones Over 4.5 Receptions (+114)

Jacksonville's Zay Jones is questionable for Sunday's contest due to a chest injury, but he has been on a tear recently, so if he does suit up, expect him to have big numbers. Last week he reeled in 11 catches on 14 targets, and he tallied a season-high 145 receiving yards. He's now caught five or more passes in each of his past three contests, and there's no reason he should slow down. Detroit allows the fourth-most passing yards per game in the league and they give up the most yards in general, which should help the Jags extends a lot of drives. On the year he averages 7.9 targets and 5.8 receptions, and given his recent production, look for him to torch this Detroit defense, even if he isn't 100% healthy.
