Carolina Panthers vs. Los Angeles Rams Match Details

Fixture: Carolina Panthers @ Los Angeles Rams

Date & Time: Sunday, October 16, 4:05 p.m. EDT

Venue: SoFi Stadium, Inglewood, California

NFL Parlay Leg #1: Rams First Half Points Over 10.5 (-150)

The Rams have done the majority of their scoring in the first half this year, and even though they'll be without main running back Cam Akers, they should be able to score without him. Carolina is allowing the most total yards in the NFL, and they just let San Francisco put up 37 on them last week, 17 of which came before halftime.

Akers is out today, but LA has a solid backup in Darrell Henderson Jr. Also, the Rams run a pass-heavy offense anyway, as Matthew Stafford, Cooper Kupp, and some other weapons should be enough to get the job done.

LA averages 12 first-half points, and even though the offense has been poor the last two weeks, look for them to bounce back early here this afternoon.

NFL Parlay Leg #2: Christian McCaffrey Over 44.5 Receiving Yards (+120)

Christian McCaffrey currently averages 64.8 receiving yards per game, and over the last two weeks, he's totaled 131. With injuries at the quarterback position, look for McCaffrey to continue being heavily targeted, as he's gotten 21 targets in the past two games to go with 16 catches. If wide receiver Robbie Anderson is held out, this will open up more opportunities for McCaffrey too. Expect QB PJ Walker to utilize McCaffrey's skillset, as there should be a ton of checkdowns and short passes going his way this afternoon.

NFL Parlay Leg #3: Ben Skowronek Receiving Yards Over 29.5 (-175)

Ben Skowronek averages 36.2 receiving yards, and he's carved out a nice role for himself in the Rams' offense. These last few weeks, he's been racking up the yaradge especially, as since Week 3, he's totaled 140 yards in three games. Expect Stafford, who targeted Skowronek six times last week, to look his way a lot today at home.
