UCF Knights vs. Oklahoma State Cowboys Key Stats

Freshman Taylor Hendricks has established himself as the Knights' best player through the first three games. In UCF's history, he's their second-best recruit ever, and he's leading the team with 14.7 points and 6.7 boards. The Knights' other key players include a solid backcourt of Jayhlon Young and transfer Brandon Suggs. Pitt transfer Ithiel Horton averaged double-digits last year in the ACC, and sixth man and another transfer C.J. Kelly is the Knights' second-leading scorer so far. UCF's defense has been great so far, especially in the second half, so expect them to try and replicate this intensity in their first game away from home.

Oklahoma State's Avery Anderson has been very consistent over the past two years, and he's started off this season in similar fashion. Anderson led the Cowboys in scoring last year, and he's again leading the way at 13 points per game. He's also up at 4.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists, and he's coming off an impressive seven-assist performance against Oakland. Wing Bryce Thompson returns too, and High Point transfer John-Michael Wright has done well so far as the team's starting PG. In the middle, big man Moussa Cisse looks to improve off of last year, and altogether the Cowboys have a pretty well-rounded squad.

UCF Knights vs. Oklahoma State Cowboys Betting Prediction

Oklahoma State suffered an upset loss to Southern Illinois at home last week, but they responded well by obliterating Oakland, covering the spread by over 20 points. UCF has been solid, and their defense should help them rack up wins this season. With this game being played in the Bahamas, look for the underdogs, UCF, to cover as they've covered their last two entering tonight's contest.

Prediction: UCF +5.5 (-110)
