After a deeply disappointing end to their semi-final campaigns, Croatia and Morocco go head to head aiming for the bronze medal at the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar.

The Croatian side come into this game after a bitterly disappointing 3-0 loss against Lionel Messi’s Argentina and similarly Morocco were defeated by the defending champions France 2-0 in their last game. Both sides have a point to prove and would be wanting to end the competition with at least a bronze medal.

The Croatian side are much stronger on paper. The Moroccan side have been unbelievable all throughout the competition, but their lack of a cutting edge was exposed against the French defense.

The African side have been the hardest working outfit in the entire competition, but do not possess the technical nous to break down the Croatian side's resolute backline led by prodigal sensation Josko Gvardiol. The mastery in midfield is the biggest point of superiority for the Croatian side, led by Luka Modric which makes them the firm favorites in this contest.

Both sides are quite strong defensively, but have recently shown weakness. The two sides conceded 5 goals combined in their respective semi-final defeats. Against a strong and competent attack, both sides have shown a tendency to crumble. Coming up against each other’s attacks, several goals can be expected.

The likes of Mislav Orsic and Andrej Kramaric will be licking their lips at the prospect of going up against such a low-block that the Moroccan side run. While Youssef En-Nesyri and Hakim Ziyech have the opportunity of running the show against this Croatian defense which is low on confidence.

DraftKings World Cup Parlay Leg #3; Anytime Goalscorer: Mislav Orsic

Much has been said about Mislav Orsic’s form in this tournament. The 29 year old forward is yet to break his duck at this World Cup, but has been a key contributor in their successful campaign until the semi-finals.

In five appearances at the tournament, he has provided 2 assists already and has been a major component of all of their attacks. After such a tumultuous campaign, Orsic should be able to cap it off with a much-deserved goal.
