London Games medalists Sushil Kumar, Vijay Kumar, Gagan Narang, Mary Kom, Saina Nehwal and Yogeshwar Dutt have all been felicitated on Thursday at Saifai, UP, during the ongoing Saifai Mahotsava by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav.
The silver medalists, i.e. Sushil Kumar and Vijay Kumar were given a cash prize of Rs 50 lakhs each along with a citation and a medal. While the 4 bronze medalists were given Rs 25 lakhs each with citations and medal.
