The Kirin Brewery company organizes a three nation tournament in Japan annually.The host nation Japan is a participant in every edition of the tournament.This year the participants were Czech Republic,Peru and the hosts Japan.
The Kirin cup is around robin tournament where each team plays each other once and the team with the most points wins the cup.And as usual if there is a tie the Goal Difference is taken into account.But in this year’s tournament all the three teams ended up with the same number of points and goal difference thanks to three goalless draws between them.Peru,Japan and Czech Republic all played each other in 0-0 draws.Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech was in top form against the host nation who were playing for the first time after the tsunami. He pulled off two world class saves against the Japanese.
Peru and The Czech Republic only agreed to participate in this tournament after being assured that they will not be any harm from the radiation leak at Fukushima. After ending up with the number of points now the cup will have to be shared between all the three nations.This is the first time where all the participating teams end up winning the competition
