Aditya Jagtap in motion during World Junior Championship

India team has stormed into the quarterfinals of the World Junior Championships in Ecuador after a 3-0 victory over Netherlands. Mahesh Mangaonkar playing for the resting Ramit Tandon gave team, its perfect start with his convincing victory.

Aditya Jagtap was made to work hard once again this time against Rick Penders their no. 1 winning his match 3-2 and a tie for India. Aditya was leading in all games but Rick fought hard and did not give Aditya any easy points clinching the first and fourth game.Indian, dead rubber Ravi was too strong winning the game by 2-0.

India will be playing against 5th seeded Canada tomorrow for a spot in the semi finals. Canada demolished Mexico in quarterfinals today.
