Kyle told Jack he could manage things at Jabot while they were away, but Jack didn’t fully trust his deal with Victor. Diane was also worried since Kyle avoided giving clear answers. When Claire called to say Cole was moved to a special hospital in Chicago, Kyle shared the news. Diane grew suspicious, thinking Victor had made the move to keep Claire away from Kyle.
Audra plots, and Holden eavesdrops
At the Genoa City Athletic Club on The Young and the Restless, Audra met with Victor to go over her plan. She confidently said Kyle’s downfall was close and was happy they got invites to the Dumas party. But Holden was secretly listening and heard everything. When Audra tried to leave, Holden stopped her.
He made fun of what he heard and accused her of trying to ruin Kyle’s relationship with Claire for Victor. Audra denied it and told Holden to stay out of it.
As Holden left, he ran into Kyle and jokingly left him with Audra. Kyle teased Audra about the sparks between her and Holden, but Audra laughed it off. She changed the subject to the Dumas party and suggested they turn it into a contest between their perfumes, letting Dumas pick the winner. She said it would create buzz and asked Kyle to be her date for the event.
