Some of the most well-known powerhouse schools are participating in the event, including Gonzaga (Washington, DC), Paul VI, and Bishop McNamara.

While Francis was impressive on an individual level, Monsignor Bonner lost both of their games on Saturday, losing to Virginia powerhouse Paul VI, a nationally ranked school, with the final score being 69-60. They also lost to St. Frances 65-60 in their opening game of the event. They do not have any games scheduled for day two.

Korey Francis already has several college offers

Despite being unranked and unstarred, Korey Francis has impressed a lot of scouts already, as the 6'2 point guard is already entertaining several collegiate offers from various schools as he enters his junior year.

Albany was the first to offer Francis a college scholarship, Bryant University soon followed this. This was soon followed by an offer from North Carolina A&T, and then St. Joseph's University.

As an incoming junior, Francis is not expected to choose which school he wants to go to yet, and it is still possible that he may receive more offers soon.
