Submissions that maliciously damage or manipulate the artist’s image, or offensive comments, will not be considered. Such actions may also result in restrictions on BTS Weverse in the future. To qualify, all posts must include the hashtag #V_The_Warmest_Winter.

The event has several important conditions regarding personal information. Participants must be at least 14 years old, born on or before November 29, 2010.

Personal data, including Weverse ID, name, date of birth, and mobile phone number, will be collected for verifying eligibility. Information of non-winners will be discarded immediately after the announcement of results, while winners’ data will be retained until seven days after the event ends.

As mentioned on Weverse, personal information may also be shared with BIGHIT MUSIC and HYBE for verification purposes. Delivery within Korea requires providing addresses in Korean, while international participants must use English.
