BTS has once again made history, this time showcasing their collective and individual impact on the music industry. On November 25, 2024, Billboard officially announced that Jin’s solo album Happy had entered the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart. This achievement means that all seven members of BTS now have solo albums that have reached the top 10 of the Billboard 200, an unprecedented feat for a K-pop group.

This accomplishment cements the group as the first-ever K-pop group in history to achieve this milestone as individual artists. Beyond K-pop, they have joined the legendary band The Beatles as the 2nd group internationally to have all the member's solo albums reach the top 10 on the Billboard 200.

Billboard itself broke the news, leading to an outpouring of celebrations from ARMYs worldwide. Fans have taken to social media platforms to commemorate this achievement, praising the members for their hard work as solo artists while maintaining their group dynamic.

"As. They. Should! Deserved!!!"
“This is truly a historic achievement! Each member has earned this milestone through their individual hard work and talent.” A fan wrote.
“Congratulations kings successful as a band and as soloists ofc!” A fan stated.
“For asian, man, we paved the way,” a fan used one of RM’s lyrics.

Other fans also expressed similar sentiments.

“Chapter two you have been amazing,” a fan exclaimed.
“The "first in history" allegations don't stop smh,” a fan expressed.
“From 7 to solo... always at the top...That’s BTS y'all!!!” Another fan exclaimed.

BTS makes history on the Billboard 200 chart
