A new addition to the list of celebrities endorsing Kamala Harris for the 2024 elections is Wonder Woman fame, Lynda Carter. On August 5, 2024, the actress took to X to showcase her support for Kamala Harris and mentioned:

"I’m voting for Kamala Harris because I support a free and thriving America where women have control over their own bodies, children are safe from gun violence, our economy is competitive, and we have a fighting chance against climate change. We won’t go back. #WomenForHarris"

Lynda Carter's tweet garnered a response from internet users who took to X to express their opinion on the actress endorsing Harris. One of the fans referred to Lynda's portrayal of Wonder Woman and Kamala Harris's stance as an advocate for women's right to abortion and tweeted:

After Lynda Carter's tweet supporting Kamala Harris went viral, one of the political pages on X called SnideSidePolitics responded to the actress calling her "another elite" and criticizing her for speaking out while other Americans struggled to make ends meet.

Criticizing Lynda's statement on the economy being competitive, the X user mentioned that credit card debt is at an all-time high and that a major portion of the population relies on credit cards for daily expenses. The X user also mentioned the fentanyl epidemic, immigration crisis, and homelessness on the rise in the U.S., in addition to which the X user stated:
