Rapper T.I. recently announced his retirement after the Jingle Bell 2024. Revealing the same in an interview on 96.1 Beat, T.I announced how he won’t be hosting any concerts after the event, as he stated:
"I appreciate y'all. Offering me my last working gig. I do not need the money anymore and I will not be performing. I don't wanna do it anymore. I don't want people to pay me to hop around and sweat for they entertainment anymore."
Hence, Jingle Ball 2024, which is scheduled to take place at State Farm Arena on December 19, 2024, will be T.I.’s last performance for his fans. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the Jingle Ball 2024 will kick off on December 3, 2024, and will wrap up on December 21, 2024.
Apart from the rapper, other artists including Katy Perry, Tate McRae, Twenty One Pilots, and even Gracie Abrams would be performing at the event. While the event begins in Dallas and ends in Miami, it will also be held in various other cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, New York, and even Boston.
The tickets for the event are available on Ticket Master's website. The audience can choose from tickets worth $26, which goes up to $250.
Prior to announcing retirement, T.I. shared that his final album would be Kill the King
T.I. announced his retirement after the Jingle Ball 2024 and has hinted at this decision for some time. Last October, he told Baller Alert that his final album would be Kill the King, although he hasn't revealed its release date yet. This album will be his 12th and last studio release.
At the time, he stated:
"My last album is Kill the King, which will be, you know, it’s gon’ be edgy, energetic. So I’ma end up doing two albums. One will be Kiss the King, and the other will be Kill the King."
