On Thursday, June 5, following the ongoing feud between ADOR and Min Hee-jin, the YouTuber Lee Jin-ho kickstarted a livestream to take a deeper look into the legal battle between the two parties. On June 5, the court recommended that both parties settle without prolonging the lawsuit any further. In relation to this, the YouTuber revealed one piece of evidence presented in court: Kakao Talk messages between Min Hee-jin and the vice representative of ADOR, Lee.

By showcasing screenshots of the conversation, the YouTuber claimed that Min Hee-jin had allegedly devised a strategic outline to manipulate the media and garner public favor by inciting sentiment among netizens. The YouTuber suggested that this was done to exert additional pressure on HYBE during the ongoing lawsuit.

ADOR's Lee, through the Kakao Talk messages, was seen explaining strategies that ADOR could use to climb up the ladder from being a minor shareholder of HYBE to becoming a major shareholder or even becoming the owner of the company. Here's what he explained regarding their plan on overtaking HYBE:

"Hee Jin, today I had a casual conversation with an acquaintance, and we discussed where we might find an investor capable of investing on the scale of trillions of won. I added that, in the capital market, it's not unheard of for a minority shareholder to break through the control of a major shareholder and establish themselves as the actual owner of a company."

He continued,

"What matters most is our plan, our information, and our ability to execute. The idea is to strike a deal with HYBE. We’d offer them our previously invested shares in exchange for ADOR shares. From HYBE’s perspective, it would also be a win-win: instead of letting ADOR become an empty shell over time, they can sell it for a fair price before that happens."

As a reply to these messages, Min Hee-jin stated that regardless of their strategic plans, it is necessary for them to use media to tarnish the image of HYBE. Here's what her messages read:

"In the end, we have to use the media. We need to prepare for how to distance ourselves when HYBE gets dragged down altogether. Do you think they’ll give up NewJeans for 800 billion KRW? It’s only possible if there’s strong leverage, like a dirty secret or a bizarre condition that forces them to negotiate."

Her message continued,

"Tarnish the reputation of ILLIT or HYBE. Make it public to the outside world. That way, we can accelerate the decision on whether ADOR will be sold or not. If the conversation only happens quietly inside, we’ll end up being sold. We won’t be able to take the lead."

However, no response from the former CEO of ADOR has been released regarding the recent allegations that the YouTuber Lee Jin-ho raised against her.
