Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian continues to spotlight Athlos while sharing key startup insight

Serena Williams' husband, Alexis Ohanian, shared his excitement ahead of the second edition of Athlos, scheduled for October 10 in New York City. Ohanian replied to a comment from fellow entrepreneur Agnese Rozite.

Ohanian is the co-founder of Reddit, and married Williams in November 2017. The couple have two daughters together, Olympia and Adira. Serena and Alexis have been influential figures in promoting women's sports, investing funds in building infrastructure and creating new opportunities for female athletes.

Athlos, an all-woman track and field event, is one such endeavour started by Alexis Ohanian. It features the likes of Sha'Carri Richardson, Gabby Thomas, and Tara Davis-Woodhall as the primary athletes and the faces of the league.

The co-founder of Reddit shared an important insight while promoting his league Athlos in a recent X post. Replying to a comment, he wrote:

"LFG! Ship and talk to your customers relentlessly"

In another post on X, he looked forward to the 2025 edition of Athlos, and also promoted the team-based league format that the event will turn into in 2026.

"The Track & Field Experience levels up again on October 10th in NYC. Y'all ready for Athlos?"

Tara Davis-Woodhall and Sha'Carri Richardson are the newest additions to the athletes who will be competing in Athlos. The league will evolve into a team-based athlete-led track and field event starting from 2026.

Serena Williams reflected on her collaboration with Mr. Beast

In a recent Instagram post, tennis icon Serena Williams wrote about her recent collaboration with popular YouTuber Mr. Beast. She appeared in a video on Mr. Beast's channel where she had to serve to four people at once. Afterwards, she shared an Instagram post, reflecting on her time shooting for the video.

"I had an incredible day on the court with @mrbeast ahhhhhhhhhh yes MR BEAST! Fan girl here! We shared plenty of laughs, raised money for charity, and created unforgettable memories. Meanwhile, Serena Williams and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, were recently in Scotland attending the wedding of a friend. The tennis legend shared glimpses from her time in the country in an Instagram post.

"In Scotland, for a wedding and I’m still missing my time there! I was honored to be at my friend’s wedding. The Scots truly made this experience one for the books. 🥂♥️ Have you been to any weddings abroad? I need deets! !👇🏿"

Alexis Ohanian and Serena Williams recently also became part-owners of the Chelsea women's team.
