Love Island USA season 6 reunion is set to be released on Monday, August 19, at 9 pm ET and 6 pm PT. The reunion special was filmed in New York City this week and will be hosted by Ariana Madix, who took over from Sarah Hyland this season. Ariana will host and welcome back the cast of season 6 to learn more about their recent endeavors.

The cast members attending the reunion include Aaron Evans, Connor Newsum, JaNa Craig, Kaylor Martin, Kenny Rodriguez, Kordell Beckham, Leah Kateb, Olivia Walker, Sierra Sade Mills, Serena Page, and Rob Rausch. However, there will be a notable absentee from the reunion special as Caine Bacon was banned from attending it due to the derogatory nature of his TikTok posts.

Love Island USA, a spinoff of Love Island UK, is a dating reality show. Being declared the most popular reality series in the US by Peacock, reality TV fans saw a group of single people enter a villa in Fiji. Bacon recently faced criticism for his behavior in a video he shared on TikTok. The reality star went to a Korean restaurant with his co-star Aaron Evans. In the now-deleted video, Bacon adds a “G” at the end of "Chin Chin," making it a derogatory term towards Asians.

In a July 26 interview with Hollywood Reporter, Love Island USA executive producer Simon Thomas explained why Caine was axed as Caine continued to put the production team in a bad light.

“Caine gets on TikTok, just like goes for it. And so you reach out to Caine and say, ‘Hey, mate. Firstly, you’re not supposed to talk about production but, secondly, let’s just keep some mystery to it...’ It is not always the same thing that we agree with. We have different versions of events. We have tape sometimes that contradicts what they might say."
