Who is expected to return for XO Kitty season 2?

XO Kitty season 2 will witness the return of Anna Cathcart as Kitty Song Covey, a self-proclaimed matchmaker who struggles with her own love life. Others returning from the main cast include Minyeong Choi, Gia Kim, Sang Heon Lee, Anthony Keyvan, Regan Aliyah, and Peter Thurnwald.

According to Tudum XO Kitty, season 2 will also witness the introduction of new characters. Some of these characters will be portrayed by Audrey Huynh, Sasha Bhasin, and Joshua Lee. They will be playing Stella, Praveena, and Jin, respectively.

What can be expected from XO Kitty season 2?

Given that a lot of drama went down in XO Kitty season 1, the show's second season can be expected to be equally dramatic. A lot happened in the show's first season and the second will possibly explore the consequences of it.

By the end of XO Kitty season 1 Kitty had been broken up with Dae, developed feelings for Uri, and was even expelled from her dream college KISS. The season ended with Kitty boarding a flight back to her home only to find Min Ho sitting beside her on the plane. Therefore, season 2 of the show will likely explore Kitty's struggles through adulthood as she navigates her way through after her expulsion.

Did XO Kitty feature the original cast of To All the Boys I've Loved Before?

XO Kitty is a spinoff of the hit franchise To All the Boys I've Loved Before featuring Lana Condor and Noah Centineo as Lara Jean Covey and Peter Kavinsky. Although there were multiple references to the couple in the spinoff series, they did not make an appearance in it. Despite not making an appearance in the show, fans of the beloved couple were overjoyed when they learned that even after four years the two were still together.

The fans also got an update about Margot Covey played by Janel Parrish. In XO Kitty, Kitty revealed that the eldest of the Covey sisters was still in the United Kingdom after completing her college education.
