On November 28, 2024, Twitch streamer Kai Cenat collaborated with Kevin Hart and Drew "Druski" during his ongoing Mafiathon 2 subathon. Several moments from the livestream have gone viral on social media, including one in which Kevin Hart and Druski called out the New Yorker for having a messy room.
During their conversation, Hart claimed Druski received a "nasty bite" from bed bugs while staying in the two-time Streamer of the Year winner's room. The Central Intelligence star remarked:
"It was a nasty bite! The s**t felt like... is it passing? Is it passing these bites? By the way, you've got to be a nasty n***a to get used to these bites. N***as need to get used to them bites."

"There were no bed bugs in there. We're not there no more."
Druski joined the conversation, claiming that he had to "get rid of all the clothes" because of the alleged bed bug infestation in the room:

Furthermore, Kevin Hart claimed he found a cockroach in his bag following his stay with Kai Cenat:

Shocked by Hart's actions, Kai Cenat immediately spoke with his crew member, stating he was not let go. He referred to the American actor as his "dumb a** uncle":
"Yeah, my dumb a** uncle was on some stupid a** s**t. You're not fired. You're good. We just want some ice to make a toast."
