As Caitlin Clark embarked on a meteoric rise as a transcendental athlete, more and more facts about her personal life have been made public. On Friday, the Indiana Fever offered yet another glimpse at their star player's interests.
In a "Get to Know" post on Instagram, the Fever let the world know that one of Clark's favorite actors is Hollywood actor Timothée Chalamet. One netizen would then ask CC to give her verdict on "Dune," Chalamet's blockbuster 2022 film. Clark kept her response short but sweet.
"10/10" Clark commented.

Chalamet, of course, has recently become more prominent in basketball circles, thanks to his passionate support for the New York Knicks. Along with girlfriend Kylie Jenner, Chalamet was a frequent courtside presence during the Knicks' recently concluded playoff run.
From the looks of it, Clark would be delighted if Chalamet were to pull up to Gainbridge Fieldhouse as well. CC attempted to manifest this in an Instagram video posted on May 22.
“Timothée Chalamet, I think we’re going to get him to a game,” she said in the clip posted by CBS Sports. “Timmy, he’ll be here.”
Clark, of course, has no shortage of popular personalities who have watched her live, both in her college and pro stints. Jason Sudeikis, Travis Scott, Simone Biles, and Gabby Thomas are just some of the celebrities who have witness Clark's brilliance firsthand.
Clearly, it would be extra special for the Fever guard if the actor portraying Paul Atreides could show up at courtside during one of her games. It goes without saying that Clark will have to complete her recovery from her quad injury so that Chalamet's visit to a Fever game could be worthwhile for all parties.
"This explains why you've always been obsessed with me": Caitlin Clark's teammate reacts to her "favorite movie"
Among the other interesting tidbits in the Fever's IG post about Clark was her favorite movie. According to this post, the 2024 Rookie of the Year's favorite film is "The Parent Trap," which follows of a pair of twins trying to bring their separated parents back together.
Clark's teammate Lexie Hull reacted to this revelation with a playful jab:
"Super uninteresting gal but this does explain why you've always been obsessed with me and @lacie.hull," she wrote in a comment on Instagram.
Lexie and Lacie Hull were a well-decorated duo during their time together at Stanford. The revelation about Clark's affinity for "The Parent Trap" was perhaps a eureka moment for Lexie, who eagerly awaits CC's return to the hardcourt.
