WNBA star rookie Caitlin Clark dodged a question relating to her recent social media activity. Before the Indiana Fever's game against the Las Vegas Aces, Clark had a pregame press conference where she was asked about politics.
Clark recently liked a post from famed singer Taylor Swift on Instagram. The post was focused on the recent presidential debate between Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump. Swift was encouraging her fans and followers to take their time to exercise their right to vote.
The star behind 'All Too Well' publicly endorsed Harris as her preferred candidate in the upcoming elections. Swift encouraged her followers and fans to do the same on the post, which Clark liked.
The reporter asked the former Iowa guard about what her social media activity meant. Clark intelligently swerved her answer and focused on encouraging her fans to vote.
"I think for myself is, I have this amazing platform, so I think the biggest thing to (do) would (be) to encourage people to register to vote," Clark said. "I think for myself, it's the second time I can vote in an election. At age 22, I could vote when I was 18. I think do that, that's the biggest thing I can do with the platform I have.
"Continue to educate yourself with the candidates that we have, policies that they're supporting. I think that's the biggest thing you can do and that's what I recommend to every single person that has that opportunity in our country."
Clark hasn't endorsed anyone publicly but assured the public that she will participate on Election Day, on Nov. 5.

Caitlin Clark reacts to the corn maze made after her image
A corn maze in Northern Indiana took the Caitlin Clark frenzy to a new level. The farm expertly made their corn maze to the figure of the Indiana rookie, amazing fans with their artistry.
Clark hasn't gotten a chance to visit the maze but is a fan of how it was made.
"I thought it was pretty cool," Clark said. "I grew up as a kid from the state of Ohio... corn mazes are a lot more difficult than people think. It’s easy to get lost, kinda scary if you're not with people."
The WNBA star wasn't averse to the idea of visiting the farm in future.
"I guess if I have time, after this season ends, maybe I can get there."
