Fans reacted to an accurate prediction about Caitlin Clark's historic night against the Dallas Wings on Sunday. The fan on X predicted that Clark would have a great offensive night — and she did.
What was even more astounding was its accuracy. The fan predicted that the Indiana Fever rookie would drop a 35-point game and she scored exactly 35. Interestingly, the user based the prediction on Clark's pregame outfit.
The user posted on X that Clark entered the arena in a "trash" outfit and it could be an excellent night for her.
Caitlin came in w/ trash bag pants and a hoodie, this might be the 35 point game.
Fans were stunned by the on-point prediction and reacted that it was wizard-like.
"You called it! CC always cooks when she wears trash 😭," a fan wrote.
Some fans commented that given Clark dropped exactly 35 points, the post aged well.
"This aged perfectly," a fan wrote.
"It was, in fact, a 35pt. game," another fan wrote.
Some were so stunned by the prediction that they asked the fan to help them pick lotto numbers.
"whoa! spot on prediction!!!" a fan wrote.
"Oh damn yo I need some lucky lotto numbers tell me I need some asap lol," wrote a fan.
Others even said that they would follow the user's handle to win bets next time.
"i’m following this handle 😁 in case they post parlay numbers next time 😊," a fan wrote
"OH... MY... GOODNESS! YOU FORETOLD THE FUTURE," another fan wrote
