"I love you the mostest": Brad Sellers' daughter Shyanne Sellers drops personal photos to celebrate fiancee Faith Masonius' big day

Shyanne Sellers, daughter of former NBA player-turned-politician Brad Sellers, marked her fiancee Faith Masonius’s birthday on Thursday by sharing a collection of personal photos and a touching message.

Sellers, who was selected 17th in the 2025 WNBA draft by the Golden State Valkyries but released before the season began, posted 10 affectionate pictures with Masonius, captioning them with a heartfelt tribute.

“Happy birthday to my forever! Can’t wait to celebrate you & go on this journey together,” she wrote. “I love you the mostest.”

The two come from college basketball backgrounds. Sellers starred as a guard at Maryland, where she averaged 12.9 points per game across four seasons. In her senior year, she put up 14.4 ppg on 46.2% shooting, including 40.8% from 3-point range.

After being waived by the Valkyries, Sellers was briefly picked up by the Atlanta Dream, but they released her as well.

Masonius, meanwhile, was a forward for the Seton Hall Pirates.

The couple got engaged in April, announcing the news on Instagram, where fellow college and WNBA players like Azzi Fudd, Nika Muhl and Jacy Sheldon celebrated the moment.

Though Shyanne Sellers’ professional journey hasn’t started as hoped, Faith Masonius has been vocal in her support.

In a recent TikTok, Masonius addressed Sellers' early WNBA struggles and acknowledged how challenging the league can be to break into.

"Life has been quite hectic the past couple of weeks,” she said. “I don't want to put words into Shyanne's mouth but I will touch on this conversation. If you guys are following Shyanne's situation, the W is a very competitive league.

“Although it didn't work out for Shyanne, I'm just really excited to see what her life and her journey is going to be like next.”

Sellers, once projected as a top-10 pick, had a whirlwind spring.

She was drafted on April 14, four days after her engagement. She began training camp on April 27 and was waived on May 3.

She was signed by the Dream on May 5, appeared in a preseason game on May 10 and was waived again on May 12.
