The Atlanta Dream defeated the Indiana Fever 77-58 on Tuesday at Gateway Center Arena in College Park, Georgia.
Allisha Gray led Atlanta with 23 points, six rebounds and four assists on 9-for-13. Brionna Jones finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds on 9-for-14. Nia Coffey added 10 points and seven rebounds off the bench on 3-for-8 (3-for-7 from 3-point range).
Natasha Howard led Indiana with 15 points and 10 rebounds on 6-for-9. Aari McDonald finished with 14 points on 3-for-6, including 2-for-5 on 3-pointers off the bench. Kelsey Mitchell added 11 points on 5-for-16.
With the win, the Dream improved to 6-3 and avoided a second straight loss. Their next game will be on Friday against the visiting Chicago Sky.
On the other hand, the Fever's two-game winning streak was snapped. They dropped to 4-5 this season and will return to action on Saturday against the New York Liberty at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indiana. With a four-day rest, it remains to be seen if Fever star Caitlin Clark and offseason recruit Sophie Cunningham could suit up for the game.
