Thanasis Antetokounmpo was ejected from Thursday night's matchup against the Boston Celtics. The Milwaukee Bucks suffered one of the biggest losses in franchise history and could lose their top spot in the East as well.

The 6-foot-7 forward was upset with Blake Griffin, which is why he decided to headbutt him in the last two minutes of the game. Thanasis was ejected from the game due to this, while Griffin received a Flagrant 1 foul.

Considering that this was a serious incident by Thanasis Antetokounmpo, the league may decide to suspend him for at least one game.

Thanasis Antetokounmpo headbutts Blake Griffin, gets ejected at the end of the game

With just under two minutes left in the Bucks-Celtics matchup, Boston was up by 44 points. This was the second game of a back-to-back for the Milwaukee Bucks, but no one expected them to get blown out like that.

Thanasis did not expect this either, which may have been a big reason why he was upset late in the game. The 30-year-old forward was fouled by Blake Griffin and decided to retaliate with a headbutt. While Griffin's foul was hard, it did not warrant this reaction from Antetokounmpo.

Despite being on the receiving end of a headbutt, the veteran big man did not mind it. He simply laughed at Thanasis Antetokounmpo, who left the game shortly after the incident.

The game was quite physical, despite not being close at any point after the first quarter. In the third quarter, Jaylen Brown hit Khris Middleton on the drive, causing him to bleed.

It was the 10th-largest loss in Milwaukee Bucks history and the second-largest loss at home of all time. The only worse game they've ever played at home was in the 1994-95 season against the Orlando Magic. The Bucks ended up losing by 48 points, 152-104.
