The match between India and Bangladesh in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup 2016 in Bangalore today will see Shah Rukh Khan in the commentary box. The “King of Bollywood” is all set to narrate the match in his iconic voice alongside other expert commentators.
As per a Mumbai Mirror report, the actor will be joining the former Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar in the commentary box for the first 30 minutes of the match. Earlier actor Amitabh Bachchan was a guest commentator when India played against Pakistan in the ICC World Cup 2015.

Khan’s association with cricket is nothing new as he is the principal owner of the IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders. He also expressed regrets on not joining other fans during the recent India-Pakistan match at the Eden gardens in Kolkata which was witnessed by many Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Sushant Singh Rajput and others.

The association of Bollywood celebrities with the game of cricket is growing day by day. Khan was also present at Johannesburg the day India won the inaugural World T20 in 2007 against arch rivals Pakistan. His presence in the commentary box will surely be a rejoicing factor for his Millions of fans across the World. He is currently shooting for his upcoming film Raees which is directed by Rahul Dholakia. Nawazuddin Siddiqui is also playing an important role in the film.
