Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) players were recently pictured interacting with Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu at a shoot in Hyderabad. The Pat Cummins-led SRH side has surprised fans and pundits alike this season with their ultra-aggressive batting approach.
Openers Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma have led the charge from the top, while Heinrich Klaasen and Co. have complemented them well in the middle order. As a result, SRH have breached the 260-run mark on three occasions so far in IPL 2024. Their 287 against RCB is the highest-ever total in IPL history.
Sunrisers amassed 277 against Mumbai Indians and then notched up 266 in Delhi against the hosts on Saturday, April 19. They recently returned to Hyderabad from Delhi as they prepare to host RCB on Thursday, April 25, at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.
SRH took to their official Instagram handle and shared a couple of photos to give a glimpse of their player's activities on off days. The likes of Pat Cummins, Mayank Agarwal, Nitish Reddy, and others posed for photos with Telugu Movie star Mahesh Babu. The post was captioned:

"I feel it's illegal to play cautiously in this team"- Aakash Chopra on SRH after they scored 266 runs in IPL 2024 clash vs DC
Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra recently reviewed Sunrisers Hyderabad's flamboyant batting approach after they scored a mammoth total yet again in the match against DC. Speaking in the video on his YouTube channel, Chopra said:
"What sort of punishment are you giving? They were hitting sixes one after the other. They are hitting at a different level. The interesting is that Travis Head scored 89 runs off 32 balls with the help of six sixes and Abhishek Sharma ran even faster than him. He scored 46 runs off 12 balls. He also hit six sixes."
He continued:
"Whoever was coming was getting hit. Then they lost three-four wickets at one stage and you felt what would happen. Nitish Reddy, Shahbaz Ahmed and Abdul Samad had the license to play cautiously as it would still work out. However, I feel it's illegal to play cautiously in this team."
