Former Inter player Kerlon reveals Balotelli used to pee on teammates' boots

Kerlon Moura Souza, former Inter Milan midfielder, who failed to make a single appearance for the club throughout the duration of his entire stay there has shocked the football world talking about some weirdly amusing facts during his stay at the Italian club.

In an interview the attacking midfielder revealed some weird habits of Mario Balotelli, the Italian striker who used to play at the same club.

“Balotelli is a very nice guy and an extraordinary person, but he did some unbelievable things off the pitch,” the Brazilian said.

Kerlon said that Balotelli had a strange way of conducting himself in the dressing room and added, "He had a habit of arriving at training before anyone else and peeing on all the players' boot. It was very funny. I've never seen a kid at 18 years old do something like it and not feel sorry for any of it, even to Julio Cesar and Maicon."

The 27 year old who plays for Villa Nova-MG in the Brazilian League now was signed by Inter in 2008. Chievo FC had actually bought the midfielder but Inter had ‘borrowed’ Kerlon, who belonged from the non-EU registration quota. Never making an appearance for the club Kerlon was loaned to Ajax, Parana and Nacional-NS during his time in Milan.

The Brazilian went back to play in his own country’s league in 2011, being transferred to Parana Clube. A hot property in the Brazilian league now, Kerlon had also played in the Japan and US football leagues for Fujjeda MYFC and Atlanta Silverbacks respectively.

Kerlon said that he never tried his famous ‘seal dribble’, which involved running past defenders with the ball balanced on his head, in the practice sessions during his stay at the Italian club because of the height and power of the defenders such as Marco Materazzi, Lucio and Walter Samuel.

"I did a pre-season with Jose Mourinho at Inter, but I never tried the dribble," Kerlon said.

"The guys were very tall and strong, it's complicated. If Materazzi hit me, I would fly away," he added.
