Twin brothers Tye and Kade Ruotolo are the personification of a proper brotherly bond.

They will lay their life for each other, no questions asked, but they'll also hit each other for no apparent reason other than they're brothers.

In an interview on the Jaxxon Podcast, Kade recalled when he and his twin brother decided to drive to the beach just so they could knock each other out without causing a commotion in their neighborhood.

Kade Ruotolo admits he and his brother would always be there for each other, but they never shook off the desire to punch each other in the face if they felt like it.

"There was one time we went to the beach. We were so heated at each other. 'Let's fight!' We were gonna do it in our front yard but all the neighbors are around and they would have called. It would have been hectic," said Kade.

The brothers normally get their tensions released during their sparring sessions while training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, but a bit of fisticuffs is just the perfect avenue to piss off each other.

Nevertheless, the constant roughhousing with one another developed an innate toughness between the two.

Kade is now the reigning ONE lightweight submission grappling world champion and a 2022 ADCC world champion, while Tye is the ONE welterweight submission grappling world champion and a 2022 IBJJF world champion.
