One of the most over Divas in WWE NXT, indie wrestler Leva Bates, known as Blue Pants in NXT, is on the recieving end of a lot of backstage heat at NXT.
The other superstars at NXT are reportedly not happy with the company bringing over Blue Pants to NXT Takover Brooklyn in an angle with Alexa Bliss. The angle is a sought after one which most of the Divas want to be in.
Their resentment towards Bates is also beacuse she sells her own merchandise and doesn’t have to split a cut and due to she not being in a contract, she can skip the daily training at the WWE Performance Centre.
The reasons don’t stop there as the other talents feel that she works the indies too at the same time which leads to her making more money than what they are making. Blue Pants is even charging more in the indies which makes her remuneration higher to what the other Divas at NXT are getting. This has made the Divas unhappy who think she is not only earning more than them but also getting over more with the crowd in the process as they think she is being pushed more than they are.
It is up to the management now to put out the fire and see to it that the most promising division in NXT doesn’t suffer due to the Blue Pants situation.
