Jack Swagger’s new court date has been announced and it will be on Tuesday, April 9th in Biloxi, Mississippi to face charges from his arrest last month.
Swagger’s first court date was March 12th but postponed to a later date on insistence of his lawyers, in part because of his wrestling commitments as he is in the middle of WrestleMania season.
Apparently, Jack Swagger was arrested just days after earning a world title shot at WrestleMania as he was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and possession of marijuana.
