- New NXT Champion Kevin Owens was recently interviewed by the official WWE website and was asked what he wants to do now he’s at the top of the heap. “Whatever I want,” he says arrogantly. “Bálor, Breeze, Itami, Corbin, Parker, English, Dillinger, Cassady, Amore, Kalisto, just to name a few … that’s potentially a lot of good fights coming my way. And I look forward to each and every single one of them.”
- From one good debut to one bad debut, NXT Diva Dana Brooke made her official debut at last night’s TV tapings and is said to have gotten a bad reaction from the crowd. She wrestled Blue Pants, but the crowd disagreed with the “wrestling” part, chanting “you can’t wrestle.”
Her debut will air on the WWE Network some time in April.
- Now that NXT is touring more often they’re drawing more fans than they can usually fit at Full Sail. The February 13th house show drew 530 fans, which is a record, but this will be surpassed judging from ticket sales for the upcoming shows in Ohio.
