Lesnar is unhappy but it’s not known why

There has been a lot of theories shared online about why Brock Lesnar walked out in the middle of Monday’s RAW, but analysts still believe it has something to do with his contract, which expires shortly after Wrestlemania.

In truth it most likely has something to do with the terms offered by WWE for Lesnar’s contract renewal. Word is that he wanted a deal where they would give him the freedom to fight in the UFC at the same time, though this might not be the specific reason he walked out. Others have suggested WWE refuse to promote a new line of merchandise for Wrestlemania until he signs a contract extension, which will make him lose money in the short term.

It almost certainly has nothing to do with the creative direction of his character. Lesnar has never been one to get concerned about losing high profile matches. To him it’s a business and as long as he’s paid he doesn’t particularly care.

His contract is worked out to where he has to make X number of TV appearances. Walking out on RAW is not a big deal, but if he does it again and doesn’t make up for it, they could claim breach of contract like they did with CM Punk.
